Worldwide Zoo Consultants is continuing to expand their team and looking to recruit a talented HR Administrator at our Head Office. You will be responsible for processing employee data, project administration documents – formatting the company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organisational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
Transferring HR policies and standard operations procedures into new formats for new projects
Reviewing and revising all policies and SOP’s to ensure they are updated and current
Provide a professional, helpful, and positive attitude while communicating effectively with internal colleagues and potential applicants.
Represent & promote Worldwide Zoo Consultants in a professional brand image.
To listen actively to staff requests and concerns in order to take action in an ethical, up to date and accurate manner
Resolve administrative problems by devising and accurately maintaining office systems, including data management and filing, preparing reports and financial data, compiling materials and maintaining employee database records.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance with projects
Field telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them when appropriate; direct incoming email, faxes and post and correspond on behalf of the managers when directed.
Handling Banking details and assisting employees opening of new accounts in host countries / projects.
you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to local labour laws.
Assist the HR department to manage internal HR databases
To be successful for this position, you will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
1-3+ years of HR Administration or other relevant administration experience
Possess strong organizational and verbal and written communication skills within the English language and must be able to conduct themselves in a professional, positive manner with co-workers, guests and clients
Must have a strong attention to detail and be proactive, self-motivated, independent, a problem solver and be able to work with intermittent guidance; also calls for flexibility and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Sensitivity to confidential materials required
Strong computer software, word processing, typing and internet research skills
High school or college level course work desirable with good academic background
